Impala Terminals Group buys assets and operations from Puma Energy in Paraguay

Impala Terminals Group (the “Company”) today announced the acquisition of the infrastructure assets and operations from Puma Energy in Paraguay.

 

Impala Terminals Group, headquartered in Switzerland, owns and operates a network of terminals and fluvial operations in Spain, Mexico, Paraguay and Peru, and provides port, warehousing and multi-modal logistics services to facilitate for the movement of essential commodities globally.

 

Puma Energy is a leading global energy business which supplies, stores and distributes petroleum products in [47] countries across six continents.

 

Nicolas Konialidis, CEO of Impala Terminals Group, said: “This transaction is an excellent opportunity to expand our Impala Terminals Group portfolio with refined products assets in South America, which complement our existing portfolio of fluvial assets on the Paraná-Paraguay River.
