Huge congratulations to our Treasury (and wider Finance team) on scooping the Corporate Finance award at last night’s Association of Corporate Treasurers’ Deal of the Year awards.

The award is a great honour and endorsement of our combined 2025 refinancing, which established a brand new common terms platform to support our growth without repeated financing.

Judges said: “The company has successfully streamlined its funding structure and put in long‑term financing at the operating company level. It was strategically a very well thought through and executed transaction.”
